Apologies for the bad typing above. I was typing in teh dark on a keyboard that has a short. Additional info on the issue... My server lease company (Servermania) assigned new IPs to me about a month ago. I got all of the changes done and there were no isues until 13 hours ago when the above started. I went to the verification site and neither my old nor my new main server IP is listed as having a valid license. The support ticket there is now 14 hours old and has not been updated in the last 5 hours. I need to be abel to get into my server and my clienst need to get email. ANy ideas of what I can do to expedite this matter?

Now when I go to cPanel & WHM License Verification | cPanel, L.L.C. I get access denied. I got an error when visiting verify.cpanel.net/. Error code: 1020 Ray ID: 78955067ee042413 Country: US Data center: iad11 IP: 73.147.96.99 Timestamp: 2023-01-14 09:23:38 UTC

@PCZero - if the license is purchased directly through cPanel, send a message to cs@cpanel.net. If the license is purchased through your provider, unfortunately you'll have to wait to hear from them as we don't have any control over those licenses since it is all handled by the license provider.

It appears that the issue resides with my server provider being hard headed. They issues me new IPs for my server recently and they failed to migrate my license to the new main server IP. Atn verify.panel.net, the old IP shows a valid license but the new IP does not. I have provided this info to them several times yet they have failed so far to migrate the license.

That would definitely do it, and is something they can fix with a click on their end, but it does have to be on their end. Sorry I can't do more!

Just got email from my server farm, they have assigned a license to the new IP. I am currently running under a 3-day-emergency license provided to me two days ago by Christopher B. Do I need to re-run "/usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt" to start using the new full license? Rex thank you very much for being so responsive and helping me out. It is VERY much appreciated! [QUOTE]

Yes - whenever there is a change to the license you'll need to run that command. It'll also happen automatically during nightly maintenance as well.
