domains should use my dns servers

Hey guys, i've setup a cpanel server and 2 dnsonly servers as ns1 and ns2. I added the domain.tld zone for my domain, which i only use for all the hostnames and now my ns1 and ns2 working as authoritive dns server for that domain. When a customer gets added and the domain is already in use with another dns server, the ns entrys and soa will configured as it already is at another provider. But i want, that all type of domains that gets added, use my dns servers ns1.domain.tld and ns2.domain.tld. How can i configure that?

if you go to WHM -> Server Configuration -> Basic WebHost Manager Setup -> Nameservers are there your nameservers ns1 & ns2 ? " The root account"s default nameservers used when root creates an account. "
