Not Loading Styles Since Using cPanel Git Version Control (WordPress)

Hello - help! I've set up Git Version Control on my cPanel today, and it seems to be working fine, I can deploy, the website updates, all good. I followed the guide at However, it no longer uploads files from /wp-content/themes/ so all my css/js files are not loading, and show in the network tab as 404s. If I go to the supposed css file URL, it doesn't find it -

  Hey there! I...personally do not speak Git, so I'm not sure how much help I'll be on this one. If you manually check the directory, can you confirm that CSS file is not in place? That would be a good thing to check just to ensure there isn't some other odd behavior happening.

  Yes I can do - is there a guide on how to raise a ticket? Might I need to contact my hosting company?

  If you have root access to the server, you can do that from WHM >> Create a Support Ticket, or use the link in my signature. If you only have access to your cPanel account, you would have to contact your hosting provider.
