upcp Keep running one after one

I've having a very strange issue on Centos 7. Earlier upcp finished with errors like describing

  Hey there! Normally, I would expect the upcp tool to run once every night, and stop once it is complete. Can you confirm it is upcp itself that is the main process? Do you see any odd behavior when you run a "yum update" on the machine?

  Sorry my bad, somehow cpanel upcp cron was set to run every minute. It was the problem.
