Hey there! I personally don't have a good explanation for that behavior, and it isn't something that cPanel would create. What type of software are you using on that domain? For example, are you using WordPress or another automated tool that could be generating that directory?

I have a website in public_html in cpanel called for example tester.com, and mysteriously another folder appears underneath tester.com called Tester.com, notice its the same as my website folder but with a capital T,, I open this folder but it's empty so I delete it. After 2 -3 hours I check again and the folder Tester.com comes back again,, and no matter how many times I delete it it comes back,, does anyone know why this is happening please?

That's even more curious for me, as that could indicate some sort of compromise on the site. Do you have root access to the server, or only access to the cPanel account?

It would be best to contact your hosting provider or datacenter and have them check the account to confirm there is no type of compromise.
