    Hey there! Is it possible that user was using a different mailbox format than the other users on the server, such as moving from mdbox to maildir? I'm really just guessing, as even that shouldn't matter, but something likely reset the "read" value on the mail causing everything to show in the inbox. Was the user checking mail through a client that could have had an odd configuration, such as POP3 but leaving the messages on the server?

    The user was using the same mailbox format as anyone else. They use webmail exclusively for email. There were several other email accounts for this customer that migrated without any issues. They don't empty their trash folders because sometimes they accidentally delete email. Everyone else's trash folder was intact. s

    My mail did not get migrated and I"ve lost all my emails and email folders. I don"t know how to fix this issue. Any help would be appreciated?

    @CFF volly - are you saying this happened after the migration to Roundcube? If so, could you submit a ticket to our team so we can take a look?
