    Hey there! This is controlled through various files at /usr/local/cpanel/base/unprotected/cpanel/templates/, specifically the access_denied.tmpl and _error_wrapper template files. However, this isn't designed to be overwritten as we overwrite that every time the system performs an update. If you'd like to manually adjust those files you could add them to the exclude file that we describe at

    Thanks for the prompt reply, but is there a way to complete block access to 2087 for rest of the world without showing this page?

    I'm not aware of a way to do that with the current configuration. If you'd like to submit a feature request using the link in my signature I can bring that up with the team on Monday.
