    Hey there! If you try the whmapi command listed on that page, do you see any errors related to the configuration? This is one of those tools where "it should just work" so there isn't much you could be doing wrong.

    Hi, I have a few domains listed, but I'm still receiving emails from that blocked domain. I've name@abcexample.com any subdomain as follows: name.first@abc.example.com Is that right? Or do I need to add two, one for domain and the other for wildcard? e.g. abcexample.com AND *.abcexample.com If so, why am I still receiving emails from blocked domains?

    I would expect that you'd need to add two, just to be safe.

    I am having the same issue with this feature. I added domains to this Blocked Domains field and I am still receiving emails from the domains I've added. This feature seems useless.

    @kwism - could you create a ticket with our team so we can investigate this? I'm not able to reproduce issues with that tool through some testing I did just now.
