cPanel Track Delivery Showing an email multiple times

I am sending an email from my G-mail to c-Panel Email. When I am seeing this e-mail status on Track Delivery page, It is showing multiple times. I have attached a screenshot file. if any body knows this issue please help me to fix it ............ cPanel Version 108.0.11

  Hey there! Do you have any forwarders or filters on the account? If you click the ? box to the right, does each line have the same mail ID in the message? Do you have root access to the server or just access to your cPanel account?
