Email Receiving in the Junk
Hi,
Our client is having problems when the emails they are receiving are going into junk. We have even applied the filters (user and global) to drop the email in the inbox. But facing the same issue.
Any help will be grateful

Hey there! We'll need a bit more information to be able to help with this one. Are these being marked as spam by SpamAssassin on the server side? Is this happening with all messages on the system or just certain messages? I wouldn't expect a filter to help with this situation so you can likely remove those, but seeing how the message gets handled directly in the Exim log (/var/log/exim_mainlog) would likely be the best way to resolve the issue. 0 -

First check the filter and remove it, are you facing issue on single cpanel? Or whole server? Did you check exim log? Are you using Cloudflare for that domain in which you are facing issue?0 -
Hi Retechpro, Thanks for your reply. We are facing this issue with a single email address on different servers or Cpanel accounts. But not all the emails are dropping into the junk from just one of the domain emails are landing in the junk. We have also verified after removing all the filters. The Exim logs show the logs 'completed'. Cloudflare is not using that domain. 0 -
