Critical error (Wordpress)

Hi guys I updated some plugins on wordpress for my site and I am not able to access it due to the critical error page. I understand I need to debug it by accessing it through ftp but my logins on cpanel do not work for that site nor do I remember what it is. How can I recover that info so that I am able to backup the site to its previous version.

  Hey there! If you don't have access to the cPanel or FTP logins, you'll need to contact your hosting provider or datacenter to have them reset the password for you. There isn't anything we can do on our end to help with this situation, but your hosting provider will be able to help.

  And once you get access, check public_html/error_log That's typically where WordPress errors end up.
