Hey! We can not access the server.. Pls assist me .

  We need much more information before we can help with this. Are you trying to access a website, or the cPane/WHM interfaces? What error message do you get? Have you checked any errors in the logs or done any additional troubleshooting?

  my provider said that my space disk is full, how can i log in and delete useless files ? I can not access a Cpanel and WHM, vps.pixi.marketing url i tried few ports and nothing. can u help me?

  Thanks for the additional details. Although I removed that link for security reasons, I am also not able to access those pages. It seems there is no DNS for the domain you provided. It would be best to continue to work with your hosting provider as they would be able to help you get access to the server to resolve the disk usage issues.
