On cPanel hosting, CPU Usage parameters are always displayed on a scale of 100%. How to customize the display as the attached image below. Please support me.

  Hey there! I see you also opened a feature request for this issue. I went ahead and closed that since this is a support request and not a new feature. This is a feature of the CloudLinux operating system, which you can read more about here: Limits In the screenshot you provided, this particular user has a 200% CPU limit, meaning they can use 2 full CPU cores. This isn't something that can be adjusted in cPanel, but only on systems running the CloudLinux operating system. Let me know if that helps!

  Thanks for the additional details. If you have already enabled that setting and it is still not displaying how you expect, it would be best to create a support ticket to examine the issue. If your CloudLinux license was purchased through cPanel, feel free to reach out to us directly. If not, you would need to contact CloudLinux to have them take a look.
