Service subdomains not working
Hello,
I have a new server setup. The Service subdomains are not working. If you try to load it will take you to the cPanel" is connecting screen with two options one with If you are not behind a firewall and If you are behind a firewall.
It just hangs there.
Any idea where start looking?

This is a known issue we're working on in case CORE-601, which is causing delayed redirects on the service domains. We're hoping to have this fixed in version 110 or 112, but I haven't yet heard what version the fix will be applied to. 0 -

Is there any update on the CORE-601 case? We're already on v112 but it still has the same delay issue, specially when using Imunify360 with the "cPanel account protection" General Setting Enabled, the domain.tld/cpanel redirection takes more than 15 seconds every time is accessed from a new browser or after flushing the browser's cache. - This long redirection delay does not happen with /webmail, it only happens with /cpanel - (at least in all our test) The only workaround is either Disable "Service Subdomains" or Disable "cPanel account protection" on Imunify360 to avoid this painful waiting that most customers ended up interpreting as a server speed issue. 0 -

Hi JIKOmetrix sorry, I forgot to reply our previous msj directly to cPRex specifying that its only about the redirection delay internal case CORE-601 with the mentioned Imunify360 enabled setting still having issues on cPanel v112.0.5 This is a known issue we're working on in case CORE-601, which is causing delayed redirects on the service domains.
