High CPU Usage and RAM Usage - 3 Days Now

Hello! I've been in constant contact with my hosting support and having a lot of issues trying to resolve what's the issue with the website. It all started randomly on Monday, 7:00am PST. Do you know what would cause this? We've done everything from malware scan and etc to try and get this resolved. Thank and I apologize if I put this on the wrong thread.

  This is something that your web host should really be able to help you with. The high CPU/memory are things from CloudLinux. It should be pretty straight forward for your host to see what processes are running under your cPanel user.

  I agree with @ffeingol - you need someone with root access to the server to check these processes and determine the cause of the issue, as your cPanel user will not have access to the areas of the system to provide you with that data.
