    Hey there! The main area I would check would be the cPanel logs to see if there is anything odd happening around the time it's not saving to the sent folder.

    Can you share a path for what logs to start with?

    Sure - that would be the main cPanel log here: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
    It's possible there could be odd entries in the mail activity log if the transaction failed for some reason, and those would be here: /var/log/maillog
    Hopefully one of those areas will give you a clue or point you in the right direction.

    Hello, Thanks nope, not seeing anything odd around the times the issue visible. Maybe the cpanel update restarted some processes that corrected the issue.
