    Hey there! I know this came up in your other thread as well, but is this message incoming to your server? If so, I did some more homework on this, and found that this is usually spam email where they don't send the proper "quit" messages to the mailserver. I wouldn't expect this to cause problems with sending messages out, though.

    Thanks for replying. The fact is that is issue is also ocurring with normal users trying to send emails using Outlook. BTW I opened a ticket yesterday regarding this problem but it still unattended.

    Thanks for that - I'm following along with that ticket on my end now. I will say, we've had a surge of tickets the last few days, so replies may be a bit delayed.

    Hello, I received the suggestion of increasing the value max-children limit for the spamd service however when I checked WHM that value is empty so I was wondering what is the default value so I can increase it
