"SMTP connection lost after final dot" & "SSL_write: syscall: Broken pipe"
Hello,
Today I noticed several error messages like this in my EXIM log file when several users couldn"t send email messages and was wondering if they may be related

Hey there! I know this came up in your other thread as well, but is this message incoming to your server? If so, I did some more homework on this, and found that this is usually spam email where they don't send the proper "quit" messages to the mailserver. I wouldn't expect this to cause problems with sending messages out, though. 0 -
Thanks for replying. The fact is that is issue is also ocurring with normal users trying to send emails using Outlook. BTW I opened a ticket yesterday regarding this problem but it still unattended. 0 -
Can you post the ticket number here? 0 -

Thanks for that - I'm following along with that ticket on my end now. I will say, we've had a surge of tickets the last few days, so replies may be a bit delayed. 0
