cPanel Jupiter custom theme - any available?

I'd like to know if there are any commercially available custom themes for cPanel Jupiter. Related questions: does cPanel still allow the creation of commercial themes? Are there any new restrictions in place that would prevent from developing such a product? With the number of customers that dislike Jupiter, it should be easy for some company to create something. And, barring custom themes - how feasible is it to customize Jupiter? Right now the documentation section is a bit of a mess, because what worked for Paper Lantern doesn't work for Jupiter. So, I'd appreciate some pointers/help. Thanks!!! EDIT: here's what exists right now, not sure if there is more info:

  Sure, we don't have any restrictions on what third-parties can do.

  And, barring custom themes - how feasible is it to customize Jupiter?

  
  Right now, not easy at all. There aren't many tools available, which is why you aren't finding much in the documentation. That link you posted is all I have.

  So, potentially, someone could develop a theme with a different look, icon set, etc. I"d pay money for that! :)
