Hey there! Do you have root access to the server, or only access to cPanel for your account? If you have root access, I would recommend checking the error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see if there is more information there. If not, running "/scripts/upcp --force" often sorts out these issues. If you only have access to cPanel, you'll want to work with your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check the issue on their end.

I have checked the logs and there is a problem in roundcube and tried using the script and the result is still the same. Can I ask for an explanation about that? sometimes several email accounts can access roundcube webmail

It would be best to create a ticket with our support team to have us check that out if the forced update didn't resolve the issue.

Looks like it is an issue with upgrade toward version 108.Another customer with the same issue has report us the sameproblem, maybe an issue with Jupiter theme. I'll create the ticket... thank you @cPRex

Hello. I was also able to solve the problem with the script: mv -v /usr/local/cpanel/base/webmail/jupiter /root/jupiter_theme_backup
