Hey there! I have someone looking into the Forum issues that causes you to need to make a duplicate post, so hopefully we can get that resolved soon. As for as this calendar issue, I would expect there to be *something* in the log, we may just not have checked the correct log file yet. Do you see anything in /var/cpanel/roundcube/log/errors.log ?

Nope did not see anything chase in /var/cpanel/roundcube/log/errors.log. I tried to include this information in the post but it would not post with the log path in the it.

Yeah, the Forums protection hates file paths right now and blocks that content. Did you also have a ticket in on this issue?

Yes, ticket 94595514. They gave some info to review. I'll take a look in about an hour and see what it says and compare to host108 install.

Here is a summary of where I'm at on this.
    • It turns out the difference in create calendar windows is the when Calendars and Contacts plugin is install or not installed.
    • If I uninstall Calendars and Contacts plugin, it all seems to work correctly, I can add calendar, add entry to calendar, import ICS files.
    • Again without Calendars and Contacts plugin installed, I do get an error deleting calendars. "Application Error (500): No driver found for calendar ...
    • Mostly works with Calendars and Contacts plugin installed.
    • However the client wants to share calendars
    • I reinstall Calendars and Contacts plugin
    • I can add calendars following the instructions here How to Set Up Calendars and Contacts | cPanel & WHM Documentation
    • However I cannot make entry in Calendar, I get Application Error (404): Response from PUT errors
    • I cannot import. I tried to change the host name given for the user to the primary server host name thinking the SSL certs would better lineup. That did not help.
    • So now I'm where I can use calendars with I do not see to share them.
    • If Calendars and Contacts plugin is install, nothing calendar related works correctly.
I posted to ticket too, waiting on reply.

Quick update. It seem I was using the WRONG URL. For the Calendar to work you need to use the URL from the list Secure SSL/TLS URLs that ENDS in calendar! Sometime you cannot see the forest for all the errors. :) Reworking my testing. I guess issue with deleting calendars is known issue.

Now using the correct URL. I have a new issue. When I create 4 calendars then try to make an entry in one, it makes the same entry in all 4 calendars. Also, I cannot import ICS files in to the calendars I created, I get an import error. I can only import ICS files into the default calendar.

Hello, I was able to get the client calendar data imported to the default calendar in roundcube. The issue has been mostly resolved even if there are some real buggy roundcube functions. Thanks for your help.

Hi, Where is the new location calendar server link in cPanel? Because, when you created a new email account for a new user the cPanel will only provide the SSL Settings (Mail Client Manual Settings) only and did not include the CCS (Calendar and Contacts Manual) setting. It shows like this now. Thank you

Login as the user and click on calendar and contact configuration in the opening web mail main screen. From there look at the list links in the table one ends in calendar. If you do not see the calendar and contact configuration then your server does not have the plugin installed.

Thank you for this information, I will check the plugin installer and may I ask why the cPanel remove the calendar and contact server in the previous location? and now needs to install the plugins for CCS? It was no longer located here. Please see the image below. Thank you

This is all part of the work of removing Horde and switching to a Roundcube-only installation, so that's why things have moved a bit.

It looks like your server does not have the plugin installed, based on the screenshot provided. It would be in the Edit your Settings sections. Have the plugin installed via WHM in the cPanel section 'Manage plugins' -> ' Calendar and Contacts Server'
