Best option for Wordpress sites with Cpanel access? and either simple cloud storage for database

Hi guys, I've been using Cpanel for about 12 years now, my current host went bust, so i'm trying to move around 25 wordpress websites away from them. But I've never needed to shop around, and these days I can see it's a total nightmare. Every one is trying to scam you with addons and hidden fees etc. What would you guys recommened for a VPS? around 25 wordpress sites, and preferably Cpanel. I do have the WHM with azure ,but I've started to notice they charge per any little add on, and per plugin, which is crazy. I created a virtual machine with Wordpress for azure and MySQL, the interface is complex, but I am thinking their prices will be high once I tally up the 25 websites. Bluehost was my first choice, but their customer service is total garbage. I tried namecheap, but they charge Cpanel as a separate monthly fee, so I ran out of ideas now.

hey, do you know the WHM Cpanel package through Azure, have you heard if its slow to use? as Wordpress on App Service, is supposed to be very slow on Azure, please advise, as I currently have the 15 day trial, it seems faster than my old shared hosting, but anything can seem faster than shared hosting.

I haven't heard anything like that on my end. Many clients are using cPanel on Azure with good results.
