Hey there! We would need to know a bit more about the errors that happen with issue #1 to be able to help. What happens when you try to add a domain? I don't understand issue number 2 completely. There should not be any interaction of DNS zones between vps1 and vps3 as they should all be served from the clustered nameserver on vps2 if that is properly configured. When you create an account or a DNS zone on the webserver, that will automatically sync the DNS over to the cluster machine. If that doesn't happen, the DNS cluster is not properly configured.

Hi... I'll detail the configuration that I did. vps1 as ns1.xx configured as cluster with dns role syncronize changes (active and working status) vps2 as ns2.xx configured as a cluster with dns role stand alone (active and working status) vps3 as shared hosting which is planned to accommodate several domains, connected to dns from vps1 and vps2. I'm not sure the dns server is fully working properly, I only see the status is green tick and active.

vps1 vps2 This error occurs when I add a domain on vps3 via cpanel ps: my domain ns pointed to ns1 and ns2 (vps1 & vps2)

Thanks for the clarification. With that configuration, I would expect a domain created on vps3 to show up on vps1 and 2 if the cluster is configured properly.

I had such an expectation, but no. I have to manually add new domains on vps1 & vps2. does that mean the problem is in the cluster settings?

Yes, that would tell us there's something not correct in the cluster. Can you enable the additional logging option in WHM >> Tweak Settings under the "Logging" tab, create a new domain, and see what the log says?

That looks normal to me. Did you create a new account? You could also try running "/scripts/dnscluster syncall" while watching that log on vps3.

At this point it would likely be best to create a ticket with our support team so we can examine your DNS cluster configuration and determine where the issue is.
