Hey there! cPanel does require an IPv4 address, so there won't be a way to install the software in an IPv6-only environment.

I am a paying Cpanel customer and your Cpanel software engineer can make an IPv6 only version. CPanel Team must remember that IPv4 is going to obselete. IPv6 only system is future. Please help me and your loyal customer. Kindly forward this request to your software engineers. Thank you.

You are able to use IPv6 on cPanel, but you also have to have at leats one IPv4 address. Details on how to configure that can be found here:
