Fresh Cpanel installation on Ubuntu 20 Lts : MySql/Phpmyadmin option missing
Hi,
I have recently installed Cpanel on Ubuntu 20 Lts, in the last step i got one error like "
(FATAL): The background process "SQL Databases and dependent apps" failed with a fatal error: The subprocess reported error number 127 when it ended.
" but it got installed, when i tried again sh latest - got response like already WHM and Cpanel panels installed.
But the problem is after creating logged in to cpanel "Mysql" and "Phpmyadmin" options are missing. in WHM also these options missing.
Tried - "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_pkgs --fix" but response was like - FATAL: No digest data for MySQL55/MySQL55-server_5.5.62-1.cp1186_amd64.deb
Is there any way to respose mysql/phpmyadmin ?

Hey there! If you check WHM >> MySQL/MariaDB Upgrade, does it indicate that MySQL is currently installed at all? 0 -

It is showing message - " Your server"s MySQL/MariaDB service is disabled. You cannot use the MySQL/MariaDB Upgrade feature while your server is in this state. For information on upgrading MySQL/MariaDB on your server, read our0 -
One doubt, do i need to install mysql server separately ? using "sudo apt install mysql-server" 0 -
You wouldn't want to install MySQL manually that way. Could you open a ticket with our team so we can investigate how the server ended up in that state? 0 -
