I am sorry, "Service Configurations" are not showing because I ticked "Restricted Restore" .

The migration will work just fine between those versions.

Nothing but failures for me.   Would not upgrade LEAPP and then stopped at stage 3.   No answer how to upgrade LEAPP successfully

IMO, the best thing to do is get another server with a fresh install of Alma Linux 8 and your preferred database flavor.  We use MariaDB.  Then migrate to the new server.  Once everything is confirm working, point your site to the new server.  Make a backup of the old server, and new server, then shut the old server down.

Thanks.  That is the old workaround.   Like, when in doubt, just re-install Windows.   I persisted.  The problem was a simple missing GPG key.   Once that was entered and some cli invoked, I was able to finally upgrade to AlmaLinux 8.  Thus, allowing me to avoid Centos 7  EOL  and then successfully transfer all individual cPanels to a totally new Ubuntu website.   I had to have the same version of cPanel to make this work smoothly.  There really was no other elegant way of transferring or migrating each of these shared WP websites.

Basic rule.  There is always someone deep in any organization who can identify the source of a problem and correct it.  The trick is finding that one person.  Took me a week to find the righ tech.
