Force Password Update

Hello everyone. I have a trouble - reset password for all user in WHM. And few users have error when trying to change the password in the new. It seems like 1st time login to cPanel https://cpanel.zendesk.com/attachments/token/tO7XDXmX3W6STZbTCaMbHKZZa/?name=blobid0.png
Okay. User input old pas and 2 times new pass. And click Change. But see error https://cpanel.zendesk.com/attachments/token/RXW7M0RxmUhSKyyBLFMuRnlGT/?name=blobid1.png
What is that? Where can I find log about that? Please help...

  Look in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
