server wide impossible to update or install plugins for WordPress
Even support does not understand what's wrong: all wordpress, all users, all accounts, all versions : impossible to install or update plugin, themes or core wordpress. the files are extracted, but then it's impossible to copy them in the right folder.

It mostly happen due to Firewall or imunify360. Try to temporary disable and check if it solve.0 -

Has your host checked file/folder permissions to make sure they are accurate? 0 -
Do you see anything else in the Apache logs when you try to perform that work? There isn't much information to go on here, but it doesn't seem like this would be related to a problem with cPanel on the machine from the limited information provided. Checking the Apache logs would show if there were any widespread permissions issues on the machine. 0
