I don't have a solution, but seems that that plugin does not work in 110 version. If it was my server I'd uninstall that plugin and activate Let's Encrypt as AutoSSL provider in WHM->SSL/TLS->Manage AutoSSL.

My second server is working fine. Only this server is creating issue. Should i have to reinstall the lets encrypt?

Are both servers in 110 version and both have Let's Encrypt plugin (in WHM->Plugins)?

If you go to WHM->SSL/TLS->Manage AutoSSL->AutoSSL Providers, is Let's Encrypt enabled in both servers?

I have fixed the issue. I checked both lets encrypt and fleetssl was installed. I removed the fleetssl. Add port in firewall. After doing this, issue has been resolved.

Thanks for posting the solution. It's important to note that FleetSSL was never a supported plugin from the cPanel side, so it would be up to their team to resolve any issues with that tool.

@wbhoster - if you removed the FleetSSL plugin, you may need to reinstall the Let's Encrypt plugin to ensure everything is working as expected:
