Email pipe fails for email replays only

Hi, Recently we faced a piping issue for emails into ticket on WHMCS. When a client sends an email to support@domain.com for the first time(to create a ticket), it works without any issue. but when he replies to the same email, his reply does not pipe to the ticket(we receive it in the inbox on cpanel), it seems this process lose the ticket ID! not sure! As I also check the "Track Delivery" in cPanel, it log an error as below: Child process of virtual_address_pipe transport returned 1 from command: /opt/cpanel/ea-php81/root/usr/bin/php I have searched all forums on cPanle and WHMCS already! I appreciate for any help or clue.

  Hey there! It might be best to contact WHMCS directly about this issue, since the problem may also depend on how that software interacts with the mail server and what the reply to address is. Could you contact them to see if they have more details about this issue?

  Hi, Yes, I already created the same topic in WHMCS forum, Also contacted support, but it has not been answered yet. Here, I also wnat to know about the error that logged on cPanel, what is that? what does that mean?   That error could indicate a problem with the /etc/valiases file on the system, although I would expect a bounceback message or the entry in the mail logs (/var/log/exim_mainlog) to show more information.

  All are normal on /etc/valiases No error on /var/log/exim_rejectlog I checked /var/log/exim_mainlog and found below error during that reply pipe process: 2023-04-11 09:41:18 SMTP connection from [127.0.0.1]:47680 (TCP/IP connection count = 2) 2023-04-11 09:41:18 SMTP connection from (localhost) [127.0.0.1]:47680 closed by QUIT
  This issue should be on the cPanel end because we have 3 completely different WHCMS on this server, and all have the same problem.
