Hey there! Did the yum commands not show any errors on the server? If not, can you try running "/scripts/upcp --force" to force an update of the cPanel tools to see if that resolves the issue?

Hello! I believe I'm getting the same errors. I'm attempting to install Ioncube loader for PHP 8.1

@Rammahhh - could you create a ticket with our team so we can take a look at the server?

Can one of you please submit a ticket to our team? Unfortunately I don't have any additional details on this particular error so a ticket would be best so we can do some troubleshooting.

@shohan - if you can run a "yum update" without an issue and you aren't seeing any problems with the packages on the system, please submit a ticket to our team. I don't see that any previous users in this thread have submitted a ticket to resolve their issue, so I can't have anything I can share at this time.

@ibnshehu - did you try a "yum update" on the server? If so, did that reveal anything about the situation?

If you don't see any additional helpful information in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file, can you submit a ticket to our team so we can take a look? I'm not finding much about this error on my end.

I wouldn't expect that command to show much related to this issue.

I'm not sure - it would be best to submit a ticket so we can look at the system.

"/scripts/upcp --force"  solved my problem. Thanks very much.
