Email Receiving problem
Hi. I have my website setup using Wordpress. Elementor is used as a site builder and I am using "WP Mail SMTP by WPForms" plugin for sending emails on contact forms.
I am using Cpanel email system for all my domain's emails. If I send an email directly to any of my domain's email address, it is received without any problem.
But if emails are sent through contact forms, sometimes they are received, sometimes they aren't.
I have confirmed from "Track Delivery" section on Cpanel and result of these emails is "Accepted". Furthermore, I have also set spam score to a very high value just for testing purposes.
I have also properly set DNS records according to the mail provider set in "WP Mail SMTP by WPForms" plugin.
What could be the reason? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the correct SPF/TXT/DKIM records setup? You can check this under Email deliverability in cPanel. 0 -
It would also be a good idea to ensure that any contact forms are sending through an authenticated account. 0 -

Yeah, I have confirmed they are setup correctly. Status is also valid.0 -
The next thing to check will be the full headers on the Gmail side to see if they are flagging anything in particular that would cause the message to go to spam. Can you check that area? 0 -
So, I figured out the problem. It wasn't related to CPanel. My all new emails were automatically being archived. That's why there were not showing in the inbox. It was due to the email client Airmail I was using. I have switched my email client and everything is fine now. 0 -
I'm glad to hear you got that resolved! 0
