I can't create correctly python app

I can't create the Ptyhon application correctly. After creating the application, I receive the message "We're sorry, but something went wrong." See attached image.

  Hey there! We're going to need a bit more information before we can provide assistance. The first thing we'll need to know, is do you have root access to the server, or just cPanel access? The second, would be to work through our guide here and see if any of those individual steps cause a problem:

  Since you don't have root access to the machine, you will need to contact the hosting provider or datacenter to have them do additional troubleshooting on their end to find the root cause.
