IMAP SSL error in iOS "stable connection to the server could not be established"

    Hey there! I'm not aware of anything in the recent updates that would change the email behavior. Do you know if they are using the hostname for their email connection or their individual domain, or their own unique domain? If so, checking the SSL is working would be a good first step, if you haven't done that already. Another alternative may be to try a more well-known client, like Thunderbird, just to see if that experiences the same issues. If not, the issue could be with the client itself.

    It turned out to be an internal App issue and nothing related to cPanel. Thank you very much.
