Domains still not loading after propagation period

    That's what I thought. When looking at the DNS zones for them under root they are there but if I look as the user they are missing.

    Shouldn't there be A records in the DNS zone for ns1 and ns2 that point to the IP?

    Should the name be ns1.domain.com and the value be the IP? I've attached a screenshot of what I see under DNS manager as the reseller account.

    The domains are working well from my location at this time, and I'm not seeing any issues when I check them with a tool like IntoDNS.com. It could be your local workstation's cache hasn't updated - can you try from a different network, such as a cell phone, and see if you still have issues?
