Domains still not loading after propagation period

I just installed cPanel about 4 days ago and added my first account which houses the main domain that serves as the nameservers for all other domains. I added my second domain account and waited a full 3 days for propagation but both sites still not loading. I get no errors. Email works for receiving email just not sending either. I'm not sure what to do at this point other than reinstall it all. Here is are the domains: falloutrp.xyz cupara.xyz Thanks in advance for any help.

  For me it seems that A records for ns1 & ns2 are missing.

  That's what I thought. When looking at the DNS zones for them under root they are there but if I look as the user they are missing.

  Shouldn't there be A records in the DNS zone for ns1 and ns2 that point to the IP?

  Should the name be ns1.domain.com and the value be the IP? I've attached a screenshot of what I see under DNS manager as the reseller account.

  The domains are working well from my location at this time, and I'm not seeing any issues when I check them with a tool like IntoDNS.com. It could be your local workstation's cache hasn't updated - can you try from a different network, such as a cell phone, and see if you still have issues?
