Email Queue Runtime
Hello,
I have a VPS from there I send emails to my clients and suppliers, I realized that when I send emails to my office 365 clients and suppliers, it shows me the following message:
": 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients (AS780090) [MW2NAM10FT007.eop-nam10.prod.protection.outlook.com 2023-04-20T15:11:09.315Z 08DB40984FA09E4A]"
Everything indicates that Microsoft has limited me in the number of recipients that I can send, for example if I send an email to 4 recipients it only sends 2 and the other 2 remain in the queue, then when I run the queue manually these 2 emails leave.
The only way I see to solve this is that the queue runs automatically every so often, is there a way to assign a run time to the email queue?

Exim automatically tries to send all the email in the queue. The time that waits to re-try depend on how long the mail is in the queue. 0 -
Can I change the time for the queue to run, for example every 20 seconds? 0 -
Thanks for the update. Could you confirm within "Advanced Exim Configuration Manager" in which option I can change the time in which the email queue is reloaded? 0 -
It's the very last section of the page - if you scroll all the way down you'll see the "Section: RETRYBLOCK" that shows the current settings. 0 -
Thanks for the update. Going to Section: RETRYBLOCK" I see the following: +secondarymx * F,4h,5m; G,16h,1h,1.5; F,4d,8h * * F,2h,15m; G,16h,1h,1.5; F,4d,8h How do I change it to run every 20 seconds? 0 -
I'll concur with @cPRex and you want to change those values with an abundance of caution. The default (per your post) is to try every 15 minutes for 2 hours. If you go shorter than 15 minutes you run a lot of risks of getting rate limited, blocked by grey listing etc. You need to find out why Office365 is limiting you rather than trying to force it through. 0
