    Hey there! The first thing I do when this happens is to create a file inside the .well-known/acme-challenge directory and see if I can access that in a browser. This can just be a simple text file. If you also get a 404 error when accessing that, that would indicate an issue with the site's configuration (such as a .htaccess problem) or an issue with Apache.

    Hi thanks for the suggestion, I've tried deleting the /acme-challenge and /pki-validation folders, during autoSSL the folders get re-created but inside is empty but I think thats normal ? I've tried uploading a test file at:

    It might be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can take a look at this for you. Since the test file worked, I would expect the DCV check to work properly as well.
