We are aware of an issue after updating to cPanel versions 11.110.0.65, 11.126.0.21, or 11.128.0.11, some cPanel plugins or features are no longer functioning properly including WP Toolkit. Presently, updates for releases are temporarily disabled while we continue working on a solution for the missing addon features directory. Please see the following article for more information and updates:
Update to latest cPanel 110, 126, or 128 versions removes "addonfeatures" directory.

I thought Manage Teams was in the current release (118) - I am not seeing it as an option. Is it restricted to only premium accounts ?

Mo Nature - I've updated the missing text from the earlier reply, but yes, you need to have one of the high-level licenses in order to access this feature.

    Hi,

To my understanding, cPanel is having all features availble (except Solo ) and only restricting on number of accounts.

Requesting cPanel team to share a simple chart showing what feature is available on which license type to avoid the confusion.

S K Sharma - Manage Team is the only thing I can think of where there is a restriction like this, and the original post is still accurate today regarding the license types.

A license reseller or hosting provider can place additional restrictions on what they include with their licenses, but that wouldn't be coming from us directly.

cPRex - Are there any plans to extend this function to WHM access? We'd like to be able have some logins that don't have full reign over the server, but can perform customer support actions.

Not at this time - at this point we'd tell you to create a reseller for that type of work.

We actually created a reseller to do that, but now we've got more than 1 reseller. It's not a debilitating issue, but whm customers have been asking about it for years.

Could you make a feature request over at features.cpanel.net outlining your specific needs and then I can bring it up with the team during next week's meeting?

So maybe I am confused - in the cpanel roadmap it says Manage Team is going to be available to all licenses types, and with expanded functionality arriving in 2025 Q3 and v130

I remembered a feature request to expand WHM/cPanel login accounts beyond a single root account that had a lot of support. However, it seems this12-year-old feature request no longer exists:

Jerry Barnabee - that's the plan as far as I am aware.  We haven't reached either Q3 or the release of version 130 yet, but I have reached out to the team to see if that is still on track for those dates.

jndawson - the older requests have been removed, although that was directly was inspired the Manage Teams tool.
