ea-Tomcat85 will not restart

    Hey there! Can you let us know what error you receive when you try and restart the service? If there is no error, do you receive any output from the terminal when you run that command?

    Hi, Thank you for your reply. If I run 'ubic restart ea-tomcat85' command it throws "Restarting ea-tomcat85... running". But, I know that it did not restart bc the web page still up, and de changes of the .class files are not updated.

    I'm honestly not sure what would cause that - if the service restarted I would expect it to load any changes. We might need to a see a ticket on this one to determine what is happening.

    Thanks. How that ticket works for me? It is strange bc it seems like the problem is ea-tomcat85 service

    If your cPanel license is provided by a host, you would actually want to contact them first for support. If your license is purchased directly through us, you can submit a ticket directly through WHM.

    Icontact them but they dont bring support for Tomcat 8.5 or EasyApache 4. That the reason that I write here.
