spamassassin move 'Spam Box' spam back to email account inbox
Hi there
I have set up spam box as a seperate collecting place for all spam on my account. I have 10 email addresses and spamassisin is good at getting all the cr*p, but occassionally, legitimate emails get caught in there and the ***spam** label is added to the subject.
1) How can I move legitimate emails out from this defualt email account back to the original email account inbox?
I tried to move to inbox - but of course this is a "default" username@account email so I can't access the inbox except through Roundcube. I also tried to forward the email, but it doesn't get sent - perhaps for the same reason - it's a default account.
2) Can I mark as non spam or remove the ***spam*** from the header?

Hey there! If your account is subscribed to the spam folder in Roundcube, you've have the option to drag it to the Inbox. There isn't a way to remove the header once it's been added as the message would need to reprocessed by Exim and SpamAssassin in order for that to happen Can you ensure you are subscribed to the spam folder and that it shows up inside of Roundcube? 0 -
Hey back @cPRex It's the default mailbox for the account - so I can't drag a mail to anywhere other than the folders within that account - e.g. to the inbox etc, but that's a default account inbox - I don't seem to have access to the original email address account folders, from within the default. I guess I can try to forward it to myself, but that just seems clunky. What do you mean "ensure you are subscribed to the spam folder " - I'm just accessing it through the cPanel account > email accounts > default account > open roundcube > spam folder. 0
