Cant set importance from High to Medium - Imunify360

I need to change Imunify360 notifications from High to Medium...
I already ran (twice):
I'm still receiving these notifications in my Pushover app (configured to receive only High importance) every day 03:00 AM :rolleyes: [QUOTE] Dear Administrator, This message is to provide you important information regarding web server security. Hey there! The cPanel interface doesn't have any options for the Imunify, as there is no entry for this in WHM >> Contact Manager. The best way to change these notifications is through this system: How to Manage Imunify Security Notifications 0 -
Yes, I did: whmapi1 set_application_contact_event_importance app=Imunify event=Generic importance=Medium as indicated, but it still sends as High. Any ideas? 0 -
That's one of those "it should just work" type of things. Could you create a ticket on this so we can do some more investigating? 0
