Home directory size incorrectly reported in WHM List Accounts
Hello.
In List Accounts we have our WHMCS install, it's housed in its own home directory under its own domain.
That home directory is reported at 7637 MB in list accounts, so 7.6GB
I thought that to be a way out so checked it with du which reports a total directory size of 457MB (less the databases).
Databases.
All told the total disk used is far from 7.6GB, in fact it's not even a GB. Why would the size reported be so far from reality?

Hey there! Have you tried running /scripts/fixquotas to see if that updates the disk usage for that particular user? 0 -
Hey! The one thing about server management I'm learning real fast is knowing which tool to use out of the toolbox and not forgetting about it. Just ran the command for everyone and the user in question now has normal disk usage shown. Thanks @cPRex. On a totally different subject, I note that when I load up the main page with all the different forum areas, your cpRex logo shown when you're the last to reply to a message on the right hand side almost has a full house. I think you have 7 to reply to in order to achieve a clean sweep of the board. Love your work mate. 0 -
