SMTP timeout after initial connection: Connection timed out
Hi there
I was wondering if someone had the same issues with that topic.
So while trying to send an email, either via account email, or even trying to forcefully send the emails in the mail queue manager, the outcome is always the same.
cPanel/WHM version 110.0.7 on AlmaLinux 8.7.0 STD.
I also tried to on Service Manager to user port 26 EXIM Mail Server (on another Port) and having that port also in EXIM Configuration manager under daemon_smtp_ports
For some reason my DKIM settings giving a "DKIM" is not properly configured for this domain for the domain that the server is configured even with the Suggested "DKIM" (TXT) Record been added 48 hours ago.
Another thing that i saw was that my hosting provider has in the outgoing rules (firewall) ports 25 and 465 blocked.
What am I missing ?

Well, I got that sorted out with the admin. After opening ports 25 and 465, everything works fine. No need for port 26 to be opened. Also, regarding the DKIM issue, when I pasted the suggested value, I added the " symbol as well, seems that's wrong :-p Anyway, everything works fine. 0 -
