How can I block emails from domain googlegroups.com? I already created Global Email Filter as following: But I still receive emails from google groups

  That should do it, unless the sending domain is different...

  Hmmm...can you maybe try changing the rule from "contains" to "equals" and see if that gets a different result? Also, what is the behavior you are experiencing?

  I'd use "Any Header" instead of "From" for this case, but I'd have to see your email headers to see which exactly rule is needed.
