    AS far as I understand the DNS Zone has changed after you opened it in DNS Zone Manager. Did you " Refresh your view of the DNS zone" as that error told ?

    What @quietFinn explained is the most likely scenario I can think of. Let us know if refreshing doesn't resolve the issue.
