The incoming message is about 1/2 to be received in my inbox folder

I'm trying to send an email to webmail on my cpanel using gmail/outlook, but the email I receive on webmail takes about 1 minute to arrive. My question is: Is there anything that needs to be set so that when I send an email to webmail I can immediately enter it like email in general. waiting for an incoming email for 1 minute is very annoying in my opinion. Thank you to all of you

  Are your MX records pointed directly to your cPanel server, or is your mail passing through a relay (like a spam filter) first? Also, you can check the mail logs to see when the email actually arrived, and if it passed through SpamAssassin and other filters, these can cause tiny little delays but I'd imagine less than a minute.

  There's really no way to control how fast email gets delivered. One minute for a message delivery is completely normal, and not something I'd worry about at all.
