Exim error - smtp transport process returned non-zero status 0x0100: exit code 1
A hosting customer is having trouble sending invoices to external shippers. When the message is sent, the error below occurs:

This same email normally arrives at domains that are hosted on my cPanel infrastructure. I searched the EXIM documentation and other user reports on the internet but didn't find much.
