A hosting customer is having trouble sending invoices to external shippers. When the message is sent, the error below occurs: 1qEE3B-0001sw-1T == XXXXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com R=smart_route T=remote_smtp defer (-1): smtp transport process returned non-zero status 0x0100: exit code 1 2023-06-27 16:08:29 1qEE3B-0001sw-1T Frozen 2023-06-27 16:15:01 1qEE3B-0001sw-1T Message is frozen This same email normally arrives at domains that are hosted on my cPanel infrastructure. I searched the EXIM documentation and other user reports on the internet but didn't find much.

  Hello I think your issue is related to this topic: EXPERIMENTAL: Rewrite From: header to match actual sender" = Disable cPanel hasn't fixed this issue since v108. We suggest you to add a comment on that post to let them know your concern about this issue hoping they fixed it soon.
