    Hey there! I would expect the pre_virtualhost_global.conf file to work for this value, but you wouldn't need to include this inside a vhost. You should just be able to use: AllowEncodedSlashes NoDecode in that file to get things working. After you make that change you would need to restart Apache. Can you try that and see if that helps? If not, can you provide me with an example URL of what you're trying to achieve?
