cpanel is limiting the upload

I cannot upload files larger than 10M. Until yesterday everything was fine. I didn't change any settings. In PHP, it is set up to 100M. However, in cpanel, files over 10M in size, the upload starts and suddenly stops, and the bar turns red.

  Hey there! Are you trying to upload files through the File Manager in cPanel and that is where you're seeing this issue?

  Yes. Exactly. When I go to upload the files to my website, through the cpanel file manager, I am having this problem.

  Do you have root access to the entire server, or only access to your cPanel account? If you have root access, can you check the following setting on the system to see if that is in place and limiting the upload value?

  Do you see any additional details in the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you perform this work?

  I believe I found the problem. It seems to have something to do with the IP of the network I was using. I reset the router to get a new IP and that seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you very much for your attention!
